On Ravi's sheet: make sure you do the paper test. If it isn't getting the autococker suction, open up your timing a bit until it does.

Your welding shop should be able to fill compressed air or Nitro. Just make sure that they have a dry filter. I am not sure which part of Alaska you are from, but there is some great scuba diving up there. Check any local scuba shops that you have. They could set you up with a couple scuba tanks and fill the tanks for you. All you would need for your own HPA system would be a fill reg. Scuba shops also by law have the cleanest HPA.
