Chris is correct, if you really believe that some person with a 1000.00 gun is better then you because of the gun. stay home, now if you look at that person with the 1k gun and smile to yourself when you know he will be sitting out while your still playing.
then your more likely to get on a good team... things that will get you on a team, the abaility to get in very small areas and live, be aggressive on the field but humble off, a great snap shot is very important... go to a field or your back yard if your able. and practice your snap shooting with your right and left had until you can hit the target almost every time .. and you will get on a good team ... or start your own 3 man team... just going to the tourney and playing to show your serious player. is most of the battle to get on another team ... but if i had to say the most important abaility to have to get on a really good team .... one word..snapshot.
