:Most times a couple drops of oil, either in the nipple or on the fill station, will relube the oring and valve and close it back up nicely. Dave, I used to advise the same thing until this happened: If you think about it, a diesel engine runs at ~25 to 1 compression - a HPA tank is filled to 200 or 300 to 1, so it makes sense that it can combust.
