Can you buy a new power tube?

I know not many people make after market parts for a phantom since they are so good stock, but would there be a way to get a stronger power tube that lets more air through?

: With some tricky springing and a tightbore barrel I've heard of them going down to 650psi, but the powertube design is just too restrictive to pressure flow to go much beyond that. Opening up the air passages any more than they are will weaken the powertube and it will crack under use. I saw the effect of a powertube cracking while pumping... poor guy got a cheekful of liquid CO2 !
