Help!! Double feeding Trracer pump.

Help, my Trracer double feeds when I cock it with the barrel pointing down or level. If I point the barrel up it doesn't double feed. The ball just rolls out of the chamber and another one falls in behind it. Is there a way to fix this? or am I just gonna have to remember to aim up when I pump?
