Just purchased an eblace for my 2k3 orracle and installed it as per the instructions and found a small problem.
When inserting the battery the 4 LED segments fully light up and none of the buttons respond.

Any ideas? Please don't suggest the obvious like "is the battery in correctly" as I have a degree in electronics and I have already gone through the obvious things. I am hoping that there is a reset sequence that I need to perform.
Thanks!
