I have a round lug. The hammer is aftermarket, forget the make other than it's a heavy style for LP. I was suspecting the lug as well but, honestly I wasn't sure if anyone else made a different style. If this is the case who makes the squared ones and where can I nab one!?!!?

When I adjusted the sear lug, I turned it in and out as far as I could. In the case of backing off, I turned it until I could no longer feel the hammer even touch the sear. Going the other direction, at least on my 'cocker, will cause the sear lug to bind up the action. I can't even pull the hammer's cocking rod back, at all. It gets bound up.

But, suffice it to say I've adjusted the sear lug and the three way to their limits. And then alternated one vs the other as well. All to no avail.

It has been in the back of my mind all the while that the sear is simply not working somehow. Your mention of the squared lug brings new hope!

So again, who makes 'em?!?!

Thanks for the reply! I think you've helped me a bunch!!

Gotin
